If at first you don't succeed, you can always find your sister and play Go Fish. I am certain that if my sister didn't live hours away, that an occasional hand of Go Fish with her would solve every kind of woe, big and little. In fact, just listening to the giggley rounds of these two playing seems to have done the trick on this rainy day.

summer advice from your pal (xo) Anna

  3. I do believe that living close to those you love is a gift. Life has a lot of "whammy's" thrown at you and being able to laugh at them makes it all seem like just another part of life and not as bad as you thought when it was only you thinking your thoughts on your own.

  6. The card house will be easier to build once the cards have been played with for a while (and aren't so slippery) so I say .... more 'Go Fish' anyone?
    Andi :-)

PS LOVE your covered chair/couch in the background. I wonder who designed that lovely fabric ;)

  16. That reminds me of our trips to Baba and Dido's. It was the only time my family would play cards together. And build card houses - cursing the person who needed to go and use the outhouse because the entire small house shook when the door was opened or closed!
