Gathering Storm

I warned you about the sky, sea, sand redundancy, but I found it all quite palatable.
Make a cutout of yourself and dance it along the computer screen or just close your eyes and listen for the waves.....can you hear it?

  8. beautiful photos. I'm quite lucky in that I live in a place that is nearly as gorgeous. I live very closely to the beach - one of the beauties of living on the east coast of Australia. :)

Love, love, love them...'gently rolling' invoked a sign from me - the colors, so soft and soothing. Also re. 'front row seats', ALWAYS love a path or walkway - leading to many a wonderful view. Thank you Anna-Maria for sharing such beauty. Holly

  22. No redundancy there. In fact, the word "insatiable" comes to mind. I see new fabrics too - especially the sun-drenched grass and huge billowy clouds. Thank you for the stay-cation from my desktop.

  23. I love the pictures. What kind of camera do you use?

    Take Care.

  25. Beautiful pictures. I live near the beach, but my local one is nowhere near as picturesque. I think I'd be at the beach every day if it looked the one in your photos.

  27. (Sigh.)

I love the Gulf like no other place on earth. My husband, whom I adore, is Mountain People--they like skiing vacations and man-made lakes. I, and my family, are Beach People--we see nothing wrong with planting that umbrella and stayin' a while. Sure, we go into town and look at the tchochke shops and get some fresh shrimp, but we're there for the breeze and the surf and the sunsets. You just don't get the same feel on the slopes.

Am now down to every-other-year at this point, and suffering severe malnourishment of the beach gene. Thanks for the booster shot.
